One of our store credit cards switched to a citi bank card. Didnt think much about it. Then when some unexpected medical expenses came up and we called to push or payment back 1 week they said it was fine because we have them notice.but then they called non stop for that whole week.
Im not talking once a day Im talking several times an hour.they called 3 times before we got to the gospel reading at church. When I called them and said the calls needed to cease or I would involve a lawyer for harassment they cancelled the card and said that I could not reactivate my account till the balance was paid in full. And all the guy did that I talked to besides cancel my account was tell me he was sorry and offered to set us up on auto payments. Are they that deep pirate for money.one star rating is being generous I think
