Customer Care executive calls me and asked to take credit card from several times, I refused that I was really not interested, But last time when they called me I accepted that I am interested to take one and they seems shocked.
I asked them to send the terms and conditions, service charges & other benefits through mail, but sorry to say it is almost a week and till now I did-int received any information, I am just sharing my experience with Citibank credit card process, Citibank should make some action towards their back end operations or the third party whoever it is.
Changing the prospects into a customer is difficult, I hope this will never happen with other prospects.
