Never go with Citibank Credit Card as they made all false promises.
I have a Citibank reward card (4386 2800 1904 4803). The Citibank promise to redeem points from different points like online shopping, general shopping on selected outlets, travel and etc.
I was trying to redeem my Citibank points (3000) since last 3 months but not succeeded.
I tried to redeem these points 3 times from Shoppers Stop (TGIP Noida) but the store employee denied to redeem my points every time. Today I tried to redeem points through online shopping from Infibeam (Citibank tied up with this online eCommerce website as mentioned on your site). Again there is no option to redeem my points.
I called customer care Citibank but the entertained person suggest me to call Infibeam customer care to know that how to redeem Citibank points on this site. Well I called Infibeam customer care but those people told me the error is from Citibank, they can’t do anything. Finally I was lost my patience and drop this complaint against Citibank Credit Card.
I suggest to all avoid Citibank Credit Cards while many other banks credit cards are available with more attracting offers.
