I am having the credit card with the Citibank.
The credit card that am holding is having the good credit card. I used to get the balance transfer option and also the IRCTC ticket booking offers.
BUT I talk about the citibank service than its must be a serious negative situation which I told you today. You will not get any good tech support from the bank.
This card doesn’t offer any discount at shopping, I have used this card and doesn’t any benefits plus the interest is bit to high as other to other cards. So why say this card is some issues. There customer service is worst and most ridiculous service I have ever seen in my life. They dont provide you any comments on your problem which persist all the time.
