Guys - Please do not choose Citibank India as an option until there is no way out. I am facing lot of issues with CITI these days.
First they sent me a chip debit card and the pin didn’t arrive at all. I have a Salary Suvidha Account from Citibank since 5 years. On December 23rd they sent me a new chip debit card and my existing debit card stopped working.
The bank has still not issued me my ATM pin, I pin and T pin. Whenever I call them they say that they have issued and it has been returned back due to the nonavailability of customer or the door is closed. Shouldn’t have they contacted me before coming to my house?
During my conversation with customer care this morning I was told the courier(speed post) guy won’t call me and I have to make myself available since I have requested for ATM pin. Citibank has a very poor network of branches and ATMs in Bangalore.
