Today citibank debited around 27000/- hard earned money from my account without any warning/intimation ect ...
reason

for as per there records they had issued a credit card 6 years back , which has already expired, I had been there corporate-customer for last 6 years ( ALSO CURRENTLY RUNNING A LOAN AND READY CREDIT FACILITY IN PAST)and they never bothered to check back with me and also never ever in past informed me even when all the details were available with them.

now when I am calling up my bank to ask why , they tell me to talk to collections ... my bank is not my bank they are agents of collection department.
I ALSO DO NOT KNOW BY DEBITING 27k THEY HAVE SETTLED THE ACCOUNT OR MORE IS YET TO COME, THE GOONS ETC ...
i have already written to internal banking ombudsman , hope it would help , though the chances are bleak.
GUYS THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE JUDICIAL SYSTEM , THEY ARE COURTS IN THEMSELVES AND PASS ORDERS/ACTIONS TO THERE CONVENIENCE.
SO BEWARE AND DO NOT CONDUCT ANY TRANSACTION WITH THEM AND BE SAFE.
I SUGGEST THE BEST ARE NATIONALISED BANKS , THOUGH A BIT SLOW BUT COMPLETELY HASSEL FREE.. NOT A SINGLE PENNY WILL EVER BE LOST.
