You loose a person dear to your heart... one moment she is in front of you... the next day... she is gone... these are the times when people are really know... knowing that u were gonna spend your whole life with that person and suddenly you realize that you have to be alone now... this bears nothing to do with citi... the only thing I expected was for citi to be a bit sensitive to the issue... there’s a reason why I skipped 2 payments... I informed the bank.
Yet I get a call at 0800 hrs telling me that there was a payment due... inspite of informing them of my situation all the bank worries about is the money... to top it up... the final due date is the 27th oct... I m telling them I shall pay 2000 more than the min due but that can happen only on the 2nd nov which is just 5 days... citigroup (their call centre) tells me that they cant extend the date and I should beg borrow or steal money from somewhere before the due date... c’mon guys... be a bit considerate... I did not want to share this on MS as it involves something very personal to me.
I vented out my frustration which was not appreciated... my apologies to ’ambujk’ for bein rude... hope this review makes u agree that I m not here just to increase my count...
