Citibank online banking and customer service sucks. I forgot my ipin and I am trying to get it again, it is a "worldmoneycard". They do not have option for that in drop down, it is not mentioned anywhere where the f k it will come. I tried using credit card option. it was also useless, I do not understand who the f king brilliant guy who suggested to use "Pincode" of mailing address as the primary field to enter. You idiot I am in India, I have pincode for current home, office, address in passport and my permanent address. I tried all the pin codes it does not work. give some reliable field which will be unique.
Finally I stopped all this things and thought of calling customer service. I was in Paris and I called a Indian number and that recorded voice is saying "Please enter you card number" and it immediately says "The card number entered is invalid". I have not entered any number, what the f k. is this the customer service you have. it is not having any other option to talk to a representative, I press some other number it says, you have exceeded the number of entries and it gets cut. I do not understand what the f k they are trying to do.. with all this clearly do not understand how they are in so many countries and have so many products.
How the f k they have customers. I would never ever wanted to have a relationship with them..
