I had taken a personal loan from Citibank, and they gave me a loan over phone as I had my salary account, as now I have quit the company these people have increased interest to 26% PA which was 16% earlier. And also without my notice they have activated my ready cash account and robbed my happiness.
I have been trying to reach Manager in their head office, but as they have designed a process in a cheating way he is not ready to correct his mistake.
I have been a regular payer of the EMI, but for the loyal people when they do this then it is a shameful issue for them. Citibank Sucks, Cheati Bank, Fraud no 1 in the whole world, if they keep doing this then one day the name you will only find in history books,
No one from citibank is helping me out to sort this issue, even bother to agree that it is wrong what they have done. I have made 100s of calls, and sent tons of emails to customer care but I no positive response
Anyone who is kind enough in this bank, please help me.
