I have had some bad banking experiences in life (& a lot of good ones too) only to find out that the **worst was yet to come**... It took Citibank 5 weeks to open my ’salary’ account & a further 4 weeks to issue cheque books etc.
All this while I continued to be promised ’next day’ actions. Here is my actual email exchange with some of their staff. Have a read through & form your own opinion... I have made mine - to **NOT go near Citibank EVER again**.
