Ok so I have just made a cash deposit to buy something. The vendor has a citibank account. Reading the reviews at mouthshut is scaring me as I was informed by vendor today that they haven’t received any payment. Calling citibank customer service just got me going in further circles while they connected me to every department before one gentleman told me I need to visit the bank itself. I rushed to the bank and they said transaction done and there isn’t any problem.
Period. Vendor says no payment received. Now am just waiting to see about new development tomorrow. I hope this gets fixed. I have paid a huge deposit :(
