Very Poor Customer Service

Few months back I had a bad experience with CitiBank ATM service. I tried to withdraw some amount from their ATM. I didnt get the money and my account was debited with that amount. Since its a huge amount, I was very much shocked. I made a complaint thru phone banking and net banking, they registered my complaint and gave me some ref.no. I was told it would take around 90 working days (= 4 calendar months) to resolve this issue.


Even though they gave me a "provisional" credit of the amount after some 4 days, I was told that the amount will be debited from my account if the transaction was found to be "valid". The worst part was I didnt get any proper status update about the query even after 4 months. Then I searched their website and found a grievance redressal mail id and sent an email. I got a reply from them saying that the issue was already resolved and the provisional credit was a permanent one. I am wondering whether it would take really 4 months to resolve such an issue. Really a very bad experience.
