My goodness - I thought I was the one who had trouble with citibank but there are hundreds of shittybankers like me..
there reps are absolute knuckelheaded morons..makes you call them up so many times over..but to no avail..crazy looney bunch of idiots..
to get to know the status of a money transfer Ive had to run from pillar to post and waste more money on the calls..than anything else..
first their reps ask you to email a copy then they ask you to fax a copy then they promise you dates and never adhere to their promise..its one crazy world out there in shitty bank...
never again with shitty bank..!!!!
customer service is most companies achilles heel..see what it did to fiat..
but companies never learn ..well in this case shitty bank thinks probably they are the best..but I guess its time to change now
