Citibank, Don't Play with the Customers

Prior to 4th June, 2009 I was having an account balance of 2500 in my savings account but on 4th June (Saturday), I received Citialert showing that my account balance is Rs 1723. Immediately, I went to Citibank which is at Begumpet and explained this matter to the executive Ms Bhavani.


She convinced me that the amount would be deposited back in my account immediately but so far the amount has not been deposited. When asked about the reason, she said that the amount was charged towards readycredit fee and it was an error on part of the bank because I didn’t request for the activation of ready credit. I request the bank not to play with the hard earned money of the customers. Don’t breach the trust of the customers who deposit the money in your bank thinking that their money would be safe otherwise the customers will lose confidence in you.
