Hello guyz, well, here is news for you, Citi. You have not provisioned for all possibilities on your Internet banking. There ARE things for which a customer will need to meet you e.g. updation of PAN cards, which requires customers presence.
And youre not making it any easier by having me travel 15 km every time I want to talk to a face rather than a machine.Also, even though ICICI has a far more flexible and comprehensive online transaction system(although an admittedly equally-torturous IVRS), it still is my neighbrouhood friendly bank, coz its still in the neighbourhood.
