Yesterday I got an email from citibank saying that they will charge rs.500/- per month if monthly average is less than rs.2 lakh.
Obviously people will not read emails and citibank is cheating thousands of people by charging fine. I have complained to bank ombudsman that this practice is not good. A bank employee should talk about this and convince us.
The customer must be able to decide. Please spread this message citibank is out there to make millions the wrong way.Kindly close savings account with this MNC cheat immediately, advice friends and spread the message.
