Citibank has decided to increase my "Relationship value" to 1 LAKH per month. Again there is a rip off here, it is not at the end of the month that you have to maintain that amount, every day of the month you need to have at least 1 lakh rs in your account. If you don’t they charge you a service charge of 500 rs and another service tax of rs 60.
I never asked them to upgrade my account at the first place, they force update it and say they have increased my relationship value. WTF? I am done with this shitty bank and I will be closing my account this weekend.
