I got a call from citibank to delosit the documents for credit card and I have confirmed whether I will be eligible for that card or not, and at that time they have said Yes you are totally eligible for thid credit card and they have collected all documents from me.
After three days they have sent me a mail saying we are unable to process your card as you are not eligible for this card.
What a fake bank.?
If I was not eligible then why have collected my documents and wasted my time.
And I want to know the reason why Credit card is rejected.
And please I want my all documents back.
