I am having an account with citi bank through my company. So basically it was salary account initially but after that when I left company and it wasnt salary acc then they asked me to deposit at least 1 lac as balance per month as that was the condition for acc holder. So I asked to close an account and they show me the way by not keeping even a single penny in acc I can be its member with zero balance account.
So customer service is good.
Main points are. International banking available in most of the country.
Workd class facilities they provide to their customers. Online banking is best among all banks.
Customer service response on call is the fastest I have noticed compared to other banks.
They are the king in future. Obviously they know how to do banking but main importantly they know how to value their customers.
