I do not agree the review of Citibank - I bank with Citi since over 4 years & except for the initial account opening hiccups, I am very happy with the service. In the past 4 years, I must have visited the bank on only 3 occassions (of which one was for children contest) - there is no need to step out to do the banking because it has great internet banking & if there is an issue it requires a mere phone call to settle it. I even re-collect an incident where I required account statement for a particular financial year, I just called the relationship officer at the branch at around 10:30 am & the same was at my desk by 3:00 pm. I stay at south-central Mumbai, my office is at south Mumbai & my branch is at Andheri (W) - yet I have never felt the distance till date. It is definitely a good bank to bank with pretty good services....
