I just changed my job last month, as a result I needed to open a new salary account with my current employer, as they had tie up only with CITI bank , I had no option but to open up a salary account (suvidha) account with citi bank , I was a bit scared , coz heard a lot about the low quality services provided by these poeple,
anyways , I filled up the form and gave to the CITI representative which comes up to our office on a weekly basis, he gave me the welcome kit , and ensured that my account will be activated within 4 working days, but to my surprise its 3 weeks now and my account is still not activated, I called up the same guy , but most of the time he agave me the same excuse, that its almost done, and will take a day max or so , I have discussed the same with my company HR, and now they are following them up abt it. I must say its the worst bank , I have come across.
other banks like ICICI , HDFC and SBI are much better than this
