I was regular and Permanent customer of Citibank and I was fully satisfied with the service provided by the Citibank as the quality of the service is very high the ATM avability of the Citibank is very good as in every region of India the ATMs of Citibank is available. the phone banking of this Citibank is very good in various aspects like it charges less for the phone banking. the customer service of the City Bank is best I liked it as they respond on your problem very quickly and the behaviour of the employees in the Citibank is very good they should treat you in good way.The interest rate of the Citibank on loans is less as comparison to other banks. I should prefer you to use Citibank.
