When I was doing engineering in bangalore. I opened an account in citibank suvidha account... I used it till last month.. everything else is ok. but when I shifted my house from bangalore to ahmedabad because of completion of my engineering, I requested citibank to change my address in their record... at the same time my friend who is from jamnagar also applied for change of address...for my surprise he got his address changed and today is almost one and half year since I have not got any change of address...
they told me that they don’t have access in ahmedabad regarding citibank suvidha as if they have access in jamnagar.. isn’t that strange???
even before having suvidha card I used to have citibank credit card because sometimes I needed money in bangalore immediately and I could buy from card and then later my dad can pay..like flight tickets , etc..
but we noticed so many times that we used to get their bill just few days before the last days of paying the money and because of their fault we never could pay money on time and everytime they charged high as that was our fault..
so finally we stopped that citibank credit card account..
and in ahmedabad there is only one center of citibank which is really shameful... while u can see other banks which has so many centers..
that’s why I call this as a citi always sleep..
