I never had such a bad customer experience in my lifetime until I met Citibank executives. When I went to citibank branch in MG Road, Bangalore for getting the loose cheque leaves for urgency.
They didnt even listen to my request or situation and straightaway told me on face they dont issue cheques in branches. The executive who was standing in front was actually working a like a security with such a horrible tone. He should be taught a basic lesson of how to be a good and polite customer service executive.
The second time when I applied for personal loan I got a reply from them that my loan was rejected, that too after 1 week. When I asked about the reason for my loan rejection they told me it was very confidential.
In my lifetime I would never recommend anyone to have a relationship with citibank, who doesnt know how to respect their customers.
