I hold 2 citigold accounts with the bank. Internet services are fantastic. Demand drafts, transfers, statements all services are provided free of cost and there is hardly any need to go to branch. But in case you decide to visit the branch, it could be a different experience. Branch staff is rude and you might have to wait in line for hours. Also deposit interest rates are very low as compared to other banks.
BEST FEATURE: Bank officials never call and disturb you(for credit cards, loans etc) given you place request for DND with your relationship manager.
Choose this bank if you want good service but are willing to accept lower interest rates.
