See .. People I know have had and still have some relationship with citibank sevices.
So here it goes.
Person :Dad What relation: Citibank card.
Service: OK
why: he has it since it was launched and says no major problems, only some minor irritants like charging you premium for lost card insurance,
where Actually the risk has to be born by the company itself since it is in the business of credit cards.
Person:Friendly Neighbour What relation: Citibank Credit cards(many).
Service:Worst
Why: He applied for only for one card, he got cards in the name of all his brothers, sisters and mother(80yrs old).
He returned all of them. Cut his card and put it in the mail box.
Still the bills keep coming for renewed annual fees.
Person:Colleague What relation: citibank credit card.
Service:Bad
Why: Cancellation of card. Still they pester with calls to use the card.
