Citi Bank was once known for good customer service. I have a Citibank account for last 8 yrs, but very recently for last 2-3 years Im experiencing terrible responses from the bank.
a. Relationship Manager / Service Manager never respond to queries
b. Customer care team would often provide irrelevant answers to the queries.
c. Simple things like "Nomination" has been made much of a complicated
d. Unnecessary procedures for e.g. they recently introduced a checkbox "I do no wish to nominate anyone." for new investment in MF. I have been investing in MF through Citibank account for last 8 yrs and have nominations registered for all AMCs still I need to fill fresh nominations for all new instructions in same AMC.
e. Nomination requires a witness, why? When Im nominating my wife or my family member why do I need a witness.
Bank has gone crazy.
