I’m with Citibank for around a year a dint find any problem. I opened an account in Aug 2007 and I was shocked to receive the credit card from Citibank without being any request made. Any ways I kept the credit card with me and using it very wisely and its not giving me any trouble.
Guys if you’ll use the credit card wisely it will never ever give you problems but if you’ll treat it like a cash card it can throw you into hell. use the card only in case of emergency, use your debit card if you have ample amount in your account.
Make sure you provide at least 1 hour in reading your credit card statements. And take my advise always pay 1 Re more than the total amount billed. Even if you pay 1paise less than your billed amount they will charge the interest, although this is wrong but we don’t have any other option to follow the company’s policies.
