I have my salary account with CITI Bank since Nov 2015, and till date I did not face any problems or dispute. The service is just great. No extra charge for anything. Free unlimited ATM transactions from any ATM Center, no service charge on transfering money to any account of any other bank. No ATM service charge, NO SMS service charges, no annual service charge. I you forgot your atm pin they will send it to your home/office address for free. I can’t ask anything more than this from a bank.
