I choose to use citi bank suvidha account since it was provided by my previous employer.I wanted to experience something new in banking services so I decided to go for citi bank suvidha account as my salary account.
Since 1 year I am using this account as individual account still service is very good even if I am individual customer I am really getting good and wonderful banking services from citi bank. Talking about the customer service it’s really very good and hold time is very less the response is very good from citi bank customer service representatives.
But one bad thing about citi bank is they do not have many branches in every city, in complete Karnataka they have only 2 branches that to only over Bangalore and if this is the case it’s very hard to do business. if incase if we need to deposit money in citi bank we will have to wait for long time , it’s not unlike other banks .
Talking about online banking, its really very good and anyone can easily understand the online banking procedures and citi have devoloped an such a nice app where in its very easy to transfer funds, requests, bills and payments and may more.talking about ATM service in bangalore it’s really good they have fast cash facilities and many ATM’s over Bangalore so it’s making customers to stay with citi for long time and there are certain things needs to change when it comes to branches over other locations, they should have a plan for bringing more branches all over the citizens, so it would make citi banks service good and they will have more customers in feature. All together service is good and reliable . I would recommend this product to my friends and family.
