I have my salary account from like 8 years now. This bank has the best customer support, I must say. Even if you call them at midnight 3am, they are readily available. They understand your queries very well and always satisfy you. I also have citibank credit card and that has served me as a boon during tough times. Although don’t try to open a trading account as it is only for privileged customers who have hell lot of money as a first investment. I have lost my card many many times and the process to get a new card is pretty simple - just call cuatomer support and you get a brand new card with a new number in 4 working days.
