I am using services of citibank from almost two year.It has been observed that citibank has more present for corporate and commercial banking rather than individual persons banking.

ATM Service:
When it comes to ATM service, for a common man it would be more helpful to have more number of ATMs where one can withdraw some money or do some basic transactions. citibank have very less number of ATMs present in any city.
Internet Banking:
