Citibank is below average bank. Its service is not good. Its processing time is very slow.This bank is take too much time for solve the client’s .
I was trying to close the credit card of citi bank , I have given the total amount of cheque and dropped into nerest citi bank ATM.
Netbanking facility is not good. Its customer care service is good not.
The other good banks are available.So please avoid to go with Citibank
