I sent Money via ACH transfer. I have real bad experience with customer service. Before sending the money, I was told that amount will be available after 4 working days of remittance. Actually when I calledafter 11 days hey said that its 4 working days after withdrawal. Money was not available even on 6th working day. 2nd bad experience.
I gave all the information details including remittance no. to my dad for inquiry at Indian branch location. Customer service representative asks about Telegraphic transfer no. after all this. I don’t understand that even after giving all details the staff is not able to figure out difference between ACH transfer & Telegraphic Transfer. I feel like that I should close a/c as earliest and recommend to as many people as I can. Thank you for great service !!!
