I got a call from Citibank that I have been winner for free women’s card .
They called at both the place Residence and mobile. Since I was busy I didn’t noticed the number from which they had called ,
moreover Citibank’s representative didn’t even bother to give their visiting card. Further they came to my office took my 45 mints time. They got details filled and got copy of driving license from me.
Then suddenly I got mail from Citibank stating that I am not going to receive credit card.
What the hell........i was not one who had asked or called them to provide me with their credit card.
If that really was the case then initially they should not have contacted me or offered this card. I wonder how they chose winner for any scheme or its just an gimmick to attract customer to apply, if yes the why do they convey to customer that they are not going to receive the card.
This shows how poorly it functions.
