Its the same with all Multinational Banks. Mine was with HSBC !!! Its a sophisticated THUG Culture brought to us coutsey USA !!! My opinion goes with the saying ..OLD is Gold !!! Stick to our nationalised banks , maybe there is a delay in disbursement, but at least you get a proper reply with no harrasment from Franchisees !!!
Before signing on the Dotted line .. its better to read between lines or the Smallest Print which invariably has a million clauses !!! Ans as usual with experience I have learnt, to get all details of the person I am dealing with BEFORE taking the loan. No doubt pre closure is a Killer.. and thats how Citi .. never sleeps. And doesnt let anyone dealing with them also !! The only way, during emergency is to put your foot down, get everything in black and white, to the minutest detail, including the Guy’s Mother in Law’s name if necessary .. and Boss they will know .. We are no pushover !!!
