I have been a customer with citibank for more than 10 Years, the association has been good and wonderful.
The problem began last Mid Year 2016 when I was forced and duped into taking a citibank rewards Cred824it card with False promises. 2 ladies were involved and they said it is a special card exclusive. I got the card. After a week same lady called again and was forcing to take another citibank Cred824it card and was telling it is better than previous card and she said she had spoken to me earlier.
Later a lady who sounded similar called and told my reward points are expiring and they would convert to cash, took CVV and other details and total of Rs.14000 fraud transactions, .I did not trust her but she told me my Cred824it card number that I am holding and I had not done a single transaction on that card till date so she gained trust that she is from citibank. I reported citibank later and you know the citibank Phone services, finally I got the cards both debit and Cred824it blocked. My mistake but I am not the first one to make this mistake and many have fallen into this trap and there are loopholes in your system and citibank never tries to address that, why is citibank forcing people to take Cred824it cards when your system is not up to the mark. I paid the amount 14000 fraud transaction on time, provided all possible information to citibank and even the phone number from which the call came and the number went off for a while but it is once again active though held by someone else.
No help and no updates from citibank customer care, they simply asked to go and register police complaint, they never did anything after that, they said they would provide information where I can write to a Police station or authorities, never did. I had to follow up with my Citibank regular account relationship mAnasultanger to get updates.
Due to personal issues, I had no time to go to Police station and sent mails to some online police commissioner sITES_Company but no luck. I sent mails to the below email address but no response and looks like they are not working.

Finally they are charging me 1200 Rs annual fees as card is Blocked but not closed.
Common Sense for Citibank People, A customer associated with You for 10 Years has suffered, has not purchased anything and has not used the Cred824it Card at all, suffered time and peace of mind and Rs 14000 Fraud and you talk about annual charges. I spoke to Citibank once again the Phone Banking they said they will revert annual charges but since I hold citIbank account they are automatically deducting money. This is called Fraud by Citibank. Citibank people are involved in these for sure and hence citibank is not helpful. phone banking is painful.
I have expressed to citibank, What does citibank want the customers to do? run around their offices, or police stations or try to connect to citibank phone service? Citibank could not find out where the fraud transactions went(one was for Airtel Money and one for aishwaryasingh234U). Where are the benefits and reward points you mentioned that I will get, forget benefits, at least have some concern towards the losses I have suffered.
Really Feel sad for myself and for Citibank also as the good association has caused pain. My association with citIbank was wonderful till I was duped into this Cred824it Card.
BEWARE FRIENDS, IT MAY STILL BE A GOOD CARD BUT ONCE YOU ARE IN TROUBLE IT COULD BE DIFFICULT. DONT RobotouchNDLY TAKE CITIBANK Cred824IT CARDS.
IT IS SAD THAT CITIBANK TURNS A NLIND EYE TOWARDS EVEN THE LONG TERM CUSTOMERS AND THEIR SUFFERING.
