The bank of city is very nice and useful for in case of the cash problem then the atm card is helpful for us so the city bank is very nice you can search in the google or in your area so I have given down the listNo help and no updates from citibank customer care, they simply asked to go and register police complaint, they never did anything after that, they said they would provide information where I can write to a Police station or authorities, never did. I had to follow up with my Citibank regular account relationship manager to get updates.
Due to personal issues, I had no time to go to Police station and sent mails to some online police commissioner sites but no luck.
Finally they are charging me 1200 Rs annual fees as card is Blocked but not closed.
Common Sense for Citibank People, A customer associated with You for 10 Years has suffered, has not purchased anything and has not used the Credit Card at all, suffered time and peace of mind and Rs 14000 Fraud and you talk about annual charges. I spoke to Citibank once again the Phone Banking they said they will revert annual charges but since I hold citIbank account they are automatically deducting money. This is called Fraud by Citibank. Citibank people are involved in these for sure and hence citibank is not helpful. phone banking is painful.
I have expressed to citibank, What does citibank want the customers to do? run around their offices, or police stations or try to connect to citibank phone service? Citibank could not find out where the fraud transactions went(one was for Airtel Money and one for Pay4U). Where are the benefits and reward points you mentioned that I will get, forget benefits, at least have some concern towards the losses I have suffered.
Really Feel sad for myself and for Citibank also as the good association has caused pain. My association with citIbank was wonderful till I was duped into this Credit Card.
BEWARE FRIENDS, IT MAY STILL BE A GOOD CARD BUT ONCE YOU ARE IN TROUBLE IT COULD BE DIFFICULT. DONT BLINDLY TAKE CITIBANK CREDIT CARDS.
IT IS SAD THAT CITIBANK TURNS A BLIND EYE TOWARDS EVEN THE LONG TERM CUSTOMERS AND THEIR SUFFERING.
