While on a casual shopping trip to a nearby Shoppers Stop store about 3 years back, the executive introduced this card to me, and since than there has been no looking back. I have used this card very extensively for almost anything where a card can be used.
Citibank’s customer care has been impeccable and no other card provider is anywhere near to its service. I have 3 credit card from Citibank in my family, and not even once have we faced a problem with them. Way to go. Go for Citibank Cards with your eyes closed.
