Citroen, the French automobile brand is competing with top Indian and German car brands in India, not only due to its comfortable rides, but also great service. I had a first-hand experience of their after-sales service last week. My Citroen C3 Aircross needed servicing and I took it to their Pune service center. Everybody in the team is a professional and tells you exactly what all things are required. The service appointments were well-scheduled, and I never had to wait long for my car to be ready. Additionally, genuine spare parts were readily available, and the service costs were reasonable. There were no hidden costs and the car was ready in no time. I wish every manufacturer was this honest and transparent with after sales service.
