I had joined on Nov 2014. Till today I havn’t get any benefits. Frmm your executives I heard that I will get some benefits that are listed below

Free stay coupon tickets without any pay was said by your executive(But now they are asking for 2000 Rupees)

3000 credit limit in the card
6.In Bar 10% below Government Rate, 5 free veg / non-veg side dish
No yearly charges
Bond with the signature of M.D(I havnt recieved yet)
They told that if I get any issue the amount will be refunded or you can cancel the membership.
Above mentioned are the fake commitments given by your Executive
But We havnt recieved any benefits yet. We nearly 7 members had meeting with Rekha On 22-01-2015 and addressed about the issues from morning 9 a.m to eve 5 p.m. they had finally given as written document that they will clear the issues with signature of Pandiyan and Rekha, I have attached the document with this mail. They also told that they wil clear the problem within feb 1st week, so again on feb 2nd week 25 members went to City Club office, we were there from morning 9 to eve 5. But after that meeting too we did not get any benefits as well. So we had came to City club office once in April, once in May But yet we had not got any response from your side. In between this on March 2nd I had a phone conversation with your City club executive, again he had called me to join in the club without knowing that I am already a member. I met him in my Office and had a quarrel with Imman, he told to come to fight. I have enclose that voice call talked by your executive.
Nearly 80 members are having proof of your conversations.
Imman had told me to take the movie tickets to tally my paid membership amount. Atlast on June 20 we had met Rekha and she had told to mail and she also told that she will talk with the 10 Board members. But we are awaiting for the direct meet with you.
I have enclosed one phone conversation of my friend and your Executive Sandhya . A bad conversation from your side.
So I want to cancel my membership and refund my amount as soon as possible.
