I joined this club this year only, marketing persons said there are lot of benefits

I was tried to book a room in ECR resort for my relatives they said members has to pay 1000 rupees, I said ok for that, then they said that it is opposite to beach side, and rooms are full now. I request them to book this room for 10 days earlier from the booking date. one day before they informed me rooms not available.
After that I request party hall at T.Nagar for my son’s birthday. They said you have to pay for it, but previously they said we are providing free party hall.(too small)
No Gym in t.nagar
I haven’t visit padapai yet, so I dont know about that.
