I have been in Indore last twenty to twenty five days and I went to City Hearts two to three times with my friend.
On the very first day when we went to City Hearts, Its looks good from outside but the food and customer service were just opposite. On that day we ordered many things and we were very excites for the food as we were very hungry.
After taking the first bite we came to know the reality of there food, it was really the worst ever food I had ever eaten.
And the customer service is also worst.
And the many shocking thing I experience was that, there is a fruit juice stall out of that restaurant.Once we made mind to have a juice so we called the waiter and ordered juice, the reply he gave was really shocking.
He told sir in our restaurant we doesn’t have juice but if u want to have so it will come from the out-side stall and will cost 50 Rs for sitting inside and 2- Rs juice cost so total 70 Rs.
I mean SERIOUSLY 70 Rs for just a one glass of FRUIT JUICE.
Guys no need to go in such type of Restaurant . Even I will prefer Street Food in place of this tasteless food of City Hearts.
