We all are in the same boat. I have invested 7.6 lakhs. We all are concerend with our money and we are in panic. Guys, please keep your cool. Dont you think we are rushing things and over reacting and jumping to conclusions? We are not keeping faith on our company anymore..Why? Because in the last 15 years they have defaulted for the first time??? Don’t we have patience to wait and watch? I am saying all these-----Why?
Things are happening according to Mumbai court order..isn’t it? They told them to meet investors..They did...They told about returning balance principle with 7% interest...They told that they would open thei offices soon after Diwali holidays..Lets see what happens?? PLEASE REMEMBER, A RETIRED HIGH COURT JUDGE APPOINTED BY MUMBAI HIGH COURT WAS PRESENT IN THE MEETING...
This can’t be a joke...Isn’t? Court told them to submit the report within clear 14 working days after the meeting. Then court wd decide when and how should City return us money.
If City is saying...we would get principle after 3 months..do u think court wd go with that? City can’t dictate terms to court. Court knows very well that lots of investors are suffering from August...But..court runs by witnesses and evidences and not by emotions of people. Its true that Masood’s accounts were freezed...So he couldn’t pay...
Let City submit 14th oct meeting report to court and let court gives a verdict on this...If after that City is not listening....Then court can take action on them..even we can take action or take extreme steps...
If people have decided to go to NDTV...most welcome....if NDTV gets involved..may be we can get back our money fast....
I would say..have faith in company. Let it stand up on its own feet.
Please remember....Masood is still very much in India and never ran away anywhere....which he could have easily done before if he wished....but he never did that....
Many companies in the past did fraud and never returned.....At least...City, instead of getting vanished overnight , is saying that it wd return money to customers....Isn’t this exciting??
City still didn’t declare itself Bankruft....They could have done that if they have wished....Right?
Lets be positive and hope for the best.
Support and stand beside your company where you have invested and got handsome returns for days....Wait and watch the proceedings....Court order may delay things..But, in the end, everything would be fine.
