From the past experience, we most of the clients, were not being informed directly by the company anything about meeting/preventing of check deposit etc. to avoid subsequent consequences. Hence, how we all investors can expect anything good interaction from the company?
Writing in this Fourm by we people ourselves only the interaction among investors. What tbe next best we all can do together? The old investors might have got at-least their invested money back through their EMIs. More problem rest with the recent investors, like me, not even received only two instalments by monthly rental cheque. The 3rd cheque bounced.
The very sadest thing is the company didnt interact with its investors/customers directly and we need to follow up the matter even after our hard earned money invested with them. Let us all pray for a good outcome decision in the next meeting. So far the company sent only one SMS telling us to hold their cheques issued till further intimation. However, their phone and mails are not in operative and it become very difficult to contact with any of their staff/ officer. It is not at all fare doing from the company’s part.
I am in a very stringent financial crises to manage to invest with them all for a good cause. Plz. also let me know if one cannot attend the meeting, how it will be treated.
