It look like a fraud company particularly the MD of the company. What is the guarantee that they repay to the customer.. In this financial condition NO Repeat NO bank come forward to give the assurance on behalf of CL.
Their image is not good in public particularly after ttheir MDs no speach after the cheque bounce case . Pls understand that my feeling is not to hurt investor sentiment coz I too along with my blood relation invested more . But the MD of CL neither even talked nor asked any apoliges to the poor investor.
God is great . He should not be allowed to leave our country by any cost. But then we all know how much loop holes is there in our legal system. He will surely somehow escape by hiring a good lawyer leaving all the poor investor in ditch. This is going to happen sooner than later.
SO my suggestion to fellow investor to call for imediate meeting in respective cities . And only the core people of the respective cities should go and meet the Financial minister or PM at the capital and present the investor grivences. NO doubt without there intervention nothing is going to happen.. And this MD should be given the maximum(TENURE )punishment who shattered many houses and there dreams.
