I have been following MouthShut and Google Groups discussions about City Limouzine Cheat Case from early August and I have complied a list of point, which if followed, may help all of us recover money from the company and/or its chairman.
MOST IMPORTANT: Support Mr. Manohar Lohia in his efforts, may that be through police, government or the judicial system. We ALL have to stand behind him. The investors would not have come this far had it not been for this one man, who has shaken up the police force in Mumbai and managed to gather thousands of investors to a common cause.
DO NOT TRUST any City Limouzine Advocates, especially Virendra Maurya and Nirmala Bhosale.
DO NOT give any money to any advocate or firm. This applies to all forums and groups started by various people across India. PLEASE keep one thing in mind, that is even if one person files a case against the company and wins, all investors will get their money. There is no need of investors to spend thousands of rupees and give it to some advocate, when they will get their money anyways. The public prosecutor is already fighting against the company for the various FIR’s filed across India.

ATTEND all court sessions across India, may it be sessions court, high court or supreme court.
TRY and contact as many media outlets as possible, and share the CITY LIMO SCANDAL with them.
MAKE IT A POINT to attend the CITY LIMO PROTESTS across Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai on Dec 19th at 2pm. We need to show the government that we are all united, and like Mr. Lohia said, this will movement will grow bigger and bigger till we see some results.
8. PRESSURE police authorities to ARREST the criminal MASOOD. He can pay lakhs and lakhs of rupees to his corrupt advocates, but not to his investors.

IGNORE messages posted on MouthShut or Google Groups, where people say that we will NOT get our money back. WE will get our money back and at ALL COSTS. All we need to do is provide support to our leaders and have a mighty HOPE!
