As you know we are going through bad times. Now, a very real and practical fact in front of you. I went to Hyderabad office and found it closed as there the staff is feeling insecured.
Its told to us to go to Bombay on 7th October and meet the director, everything would be sorted out then. High court order says there would be a meeting on 7th october with Class A and Class B creditors. Mark the word , " Creditor".
But r we creditors?? No..we are just investors or preference share holders. Creditors are those who lends money to run the business or supplies materials. But we have invested for higher returns.
So, certainly, we are not creditors. Comment on it and tell me what it is!! One doubt came..and I have kept it here in front of you all. Can anyone throw some light on this?? is there any legal advisor who is an investor too. Whats the possibility? Is it worth going to Bombay for us investors??
