I am an investor with city limouzine. I was worried for so many days. Today I got to know to about Mr. Prasad Mhatre who is also an investor with City group. After talking to him I felt very relaxed and would also like to share the same information with rest of the investors.
He said that:
14th October’s meeting was for people who had not received their principle amt, and for which company had laid a plan for people who want to remove their remaining amt, the company is ready to pay in 12 emi at 7% for which the investors showed 100% majority.
15th October’s meeting was for people who had received their principle amt, due to some reasons the meeting could not take place. For which the company would be putting an application in the high court on 3rd November to get a second date for the same. They would be publising the dates in the newspaper once it is received.
The company would also be putting an application in the high court on 3rd of Novemeber for police protection so that their officies open again.
He also said that he had spoken Virendra Morya of VN associates a lawyer for city group, and have got the information from him.
After hearing this I was relaxed hoping that offices would reopen again, and everything would come back to normal.
Would also like to request each investor to be calmed as we all have been from day one, because registering cases and firs are not going to help, it will only delay the process of us receiving money.
