As per my study I think the payment schedule for combo was previously as follows: Rs 3210 {rent of house } Rs 6225 {rent of vehicle } Rs 2200 which is 48% of 55000 deposited as FD in credit society and Rs 291 as preference share intrest (Rs 3497 / 12 mnths ). and principal amt returned by the company Rs 4615, total sums upto 16541 per month.
Now if company continues with its business at 7% instead of 48% it would be like this . instead of rs 2200 it would be Rs 320 that is 7% of Rs 55000 annualy. so the new payment woulsd be as such....Rent 3210 +rent 6225 +RS 320 {intrest on fd} +4615 (principal amt ) total sum upto Rs 14370 per month.
